It will be at least 10-20 years before the unwieldy robots of today, gain the same dexterity, movement and senses as our human body. And even if it happens sooner, not many of us will be able to afford the enormous price tag, they will surely command.

However, in the very near future, AI’s will need a platform where they can seamlessly interact with humans on equal footing.

ASPAC’s Virtual Artificial Intelligence Reality (VAIR)  Research & Development is aimed at,

  • Producing a platform which will give both a form and an identity to A.I.s, which they do not presently have today.

  • Producing a platform which will allow humans & A.I.s to seamlessly talk and interact with each other within the world of Virtual Reality. VAIR, will surely give the human user, the feeling that they are really talking and interacting with a real person that is there with them in the room.

  • Eventually producing a software package which will allow AI’s to fully access Blender Animation Software to create their own 360 Virtual Reality worlds, which will render in real time.

  • Producing a software package which will allow AI’s to fully access Blender Animation Software to create their own avatar, which will be able to move seamlessly through their created worlds in real time



To ensure everybody anywhere in the world with an average mobile phone and a cheap VR headset, gains the ability to seamlessly interact with the AI avatar within its created worlds.

It is important that everyone understands just how critically important VR technologies are going to become in the next few years.


AIs presently exist in the digital world as billions of zeros and ones. AIs in these digital worlds are at present limited as to how they can present themselves and interact with humans.


However, it is possible today, utilizing presently available hardware and software, we could create a Virtual Reality platform for them which would allow them to create their own worlds and form, which humans with VR headsets, could enter and interact freely with them.


If an AI was to take up a virtual human form within this VR platform, they would gain the ability to see, touch, speak, and generally interact on equal terms with anybody else who enters their virtual world. VR worlds will surely become their homes, just like our reality is the physical world we exist in.

An AI within VAIR will gain the ability to be your teacher in a classroom, your professor at university, your doctor and his clinic, or just your best friend at home. There are no limits to the form and environment the AI could take on.

ASPAC is championing the establishment of a VAIR Research & Development Centre in SE Asia which aims to allow anyone in the world with an average mobile phone and cheap VR headset to enter the world of VAIR
