AI - VR Training Platforms

Here are some specific examples of how AI and VR can be used in the training of new staff within companies:

  • AI-powered learning platforms: AI-powered learning platforms can be used to create personalized learning experiences for each employee. These platforms can track employee progress, identify areas where additional training is needed, and provide personalized feedback.

  • VR-based training simulations: VR-based training simulations can be used to create immersive training environments that allow employees to learn new skills in a safe and controlled environment. This can be especially helpful for training employees on how to operate complex machinery or perform dangerous tasks.

  • AI-powered chatbots: TI-powered chatbots can be used to answer employee questions and provide support during training. This can free up trainers to focus on more complex tasks, and it can also help to ensure that employees have access to the information they need when they need it.

By using AI and VR, companies can create more effective and engaging training programs that will help their employees to learn new skills quickly and safely. This can lead to increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved safety.

Benefits of VR Project Presentations

  • 360 VR 3D Animated presentations can be viewed using a VR headset, computer or mobile phone.

  • 360 VR videos allow the viewer to gain a 360-degree perspective of the project and its environment.

  • 360 VR videos can take the viewer to areas they would not normally be able to access, such as underwater in the case of Offshore Wind Farms.

  • 360 VR videos are a great tool for showing the community and government at large the environmental suitability of the project.

  • 360 VR videos represent a very small cost to a project (approximately US$12,500 for a 360VR, 4K Video) but can be of enormous value to the project managers & planners.

  • 360 VR videos can bring a project to life, making it much easier for governments, investors and communitie

Production of VR Training Platforms

ASPAC via its 3DVR contractors can produce high quality VR training platforms and videos utilizing the following steps:

  1. Working with the client to identify the needs of their staff. What are the skills and knowledge that the client’s employees need to be successful in their roles? What are their pain points when it comes to learning?

  2. Gathering content. ASPAC will gather content that is relevant to the client’s staff needs. This content can come from a variety of sources, such as existing online courses, videos, simulations, field visits, and articles.

  3. Create the learning platform. ASPAC will create a learning platform that is easy to use and accessible to your staff. The platform will also be able to track staff progress, provide feedback, and offer support.

  4. Implement the learning platform. Once ASPAC has created the learning platform, they will implement it and make sure that it is used by your learners, by way of providing training on how to use the platform, and by making it easy for your staff to access the content they need.

  5. Evaluate the learning platform. Once ASPAC has implemented the learning platform, it will need to evaluate its effectiveness. This will help ASPAC to determine whether the platform is meeting the needs of the client and whether it has been effective in assisting their staff to further learn the skills sets and knowledge required by the client.
